3. Quotations and Pricing
Prices, deliverables and availability will be confirmed directly with the customer. A quotation may specify the selected package, deliverables, charges, payment schedule and any applicable taxes. Additional work or changes may incur extra charges if agreed.
4. Booking and Payments
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable requirements have been agreed upon with MSC. Any advance payment, balance payment, payment method and due dates will be communicated before confirmation.
5. Changes, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should communicate requested changes, cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible. The applicable rules, charges and refund eligibility must be confirmed at the time of booking and will be subject to applicable law.
6. Photography and Videography Deliverables
The final deliverables depend on the agreed package. The number of edited photographs, video length, album specifications, delivery format and estimated timeline should be confirmed in writing before booking.
Raw files, unedited footage, additional reels, prints and other extras are not included unless expressly agreed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate booking details, communicate important requirements in advance and obtain any permissions needed for access to the venue or recording of participants.
8. Computer Products and Technical Services
Product specifications, availability, prices, warranties, repair scope and delivery or collection arrangements should be confirmed before purchase or service. Manufacturer warranties and third-party terms may apply where relevant.
9. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics and other content may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially use our content without permission unless permitted by law.
